Sleep Sure Plus is designed to help promote optimal sleep and restfulness. It uses a variety of ingredients to support healthy, restful sleep. Sleep Sure Plus contains melatonin, valerian and 6 other ingredients to provide well-rounded support for a restful night of sleep.

      Melatonin (synthetic) 1.25 mg rapid release 1.25 mg time released 2.5 mg
        Skullcap extract 4:1 (Scutellaria lateriflora) aerial parts � providing equivalent of 1000mg/tablet 250 mg
          Valerian Root extract 4:1 (Valeriana Officinalis) - providing equivalent of 400mg/tablet 100 mg
            German Chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla)- 1.2% apigenin 50 mg
              Passionflower extract 4:1 (Passiflora incarnate) - providing equivalent of 200mg/tablet 50 mg
                Hops extract 4:1 (Humulus lupulus) - providing equivalent of 100mg/tablet 25 mg
                  Lemon Balm leaf extract 4:1 (Melissa Officinalis) - providing equivalent of 40mg/tablet 10 mg

Dosage

Adults take one to two tablets 30-60 minutes before bed, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions and Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are currently taking any prescription medications or have any specific medical condition. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking. Do not use with alcohol/sedatives.
