Magnesium from malate and glycinate forms combined with vitamins and minerals. Helps with healthy glucose use, maintenance of healthy skin and immune function. Pleasant lemon flavour.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients: Two Scoops (6.9 g): Chromium (Picolinate) 25 mcg, Copper (Citrate) 0.5 mg, Glycine 300 mg, Magnesium (glycinate, malate) Malic acid 150 mg, Manganese (bisglycinate) 2.5mg, Molybdenum (Na Molybdate) 50 mg, Potassium (aspartate) 50 mg, Selenium (Selenomethionine) 27.5 mcg, Taurine 325 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) 650 mg, Zinc (Malate) 7.5 mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, lemon flavour, maltodextrin, dextrose, acacia gum, tri calcium phosphate, monk fruit extract, dicalcium phosphate and silicon dioxide.

Dosage

Take one to two scoops daily, with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Mix product well in 250-500 mL of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.

Cautions and Warnings

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or with other supplements or salt substitutes that contain potassium. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond six months. Stop use of Vitamin B6 products and ask a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of sensory nerve problems, such as numbness, tingling, or pain in the extremities (please note that your label may not contain the vitamin B6 caution, as this is a recent update issued from Health Canada. We are in the process of updating all product labels containing 10 mg or more/day of vitamin B6 to reflect this).
