Dosage
Adults: Stir 1 tablespoon (8 g) into 250 mL of ice cold water or juice. Children: We recommend 1/2 scoop for children aged 6-12 yrs, 1/4 scoop for 4-6 yrs, and a pinch in their food for under 4yrs.
