Medicinal ingredients: Each 15 ml contains:

Glucosamine Sulfate (Glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride from shellfish exoskeleton) ...1500 mg
Hydrolyzed Collagen (Brazil origin, bovine sourced - type 1, BSE free, Kosher and Halal certified) ...1500 mg
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)...1000 mg
Turmeric (Curcuma longa, Rhizome) [95% curcuminoids] ...150 mg
Devil’s Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens, Secondary Root Tuber) [6:1 QCE 900 mg] [5% harpagosides]...150 mg
Bromelain (Ananas comosus var. comosus, Stem) [1440000 FCC PU] [96 GDU] ...160 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Purified water, stevia, natural lemon concentrate, potassium sorbate. Contains no dairy, corn, nuts, soya, eggs, wheat or yeast.

Dosage

Shake Well before each use. Take one tablespoon (15ml) of Nurti-Flex daily, or mix with half a glass of water or juice. For best results, take at night 1-2 hours after dinner, or during the day in between meals. Use the calibrated measuring cup provided to obtain an accurate dosage. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial results.

Cautions and Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction or if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid or if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulant agents, antiplatelet medications/blood thinner, anti-inflammatory or antibiotics or are having surgery. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Known adverse reactions: Mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion may occur. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy), nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. This product is made with natural components and therefore the colour may vary. This does not affect the product.
