Ingredients
Water, Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride (and trace minerals). 100mg elemental magnesium per 1ml / 6 sprays
Dosage
Apply 4-6 sprays onto arms, legs, or torso for fast absorption. A tingling sensation is normal upon first use. If irritation occurs, dilute with purified water. Massage gently into the skin, allowing it to fully absorb. Leave on for 20+ minutes and rinse or wipe-off if desired.
