Ingredients: Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals) One cup contains approximately 15 g elemental magnesium
Dosage
Use for a simple, effective soak to ease tension and promote daily recovery. Fill tub or basin with warm water, ideally between 101�103�F (39�C) Dissolve up to 3 cups for a foot soak, or up to 1 full bag for a full-body bath. Soak for 20 minutes or more to fully immerse in the experience. Rinse with warm water and gently pat skin dry.
