Dosage

Adults take 2 caplets daily with or without food, or as directed by a health care practitioner. If the inner seal is broken do not use.

Cautions and Warnings

Do not use during pregnancy and nursing. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
