Dosage
Adults (18 year and over) Take 2 softgels twice daily for the first 2 months, followed by 1 softgel twice daily for the next 4 months, take with a fat-containing meal, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
