Gandha-600 is an extract of ashwagandha, properly standardized for its two main medicinal components: withanolide and sitoindoside. Stress, especially chronic stress, can lead to the development of digestive issues, vitamin C depletion, adrenal exhaustion, decreased libido and sexual function, poor physical endurance and increased weariness.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients: Serving Size: One capsule Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera root extract 10:1, DHE: 6 g) 600 mg Note: Herbal extracts will naturally vary in colour from one batch to another.

Non-medicinal Ingredients*: Dextrin and silicon dioxide. Capsule: Hypromellose.

Dosage

Adults (18 years and over) – Take 1 capsule daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner. 

Cautions and Warnings

Ask a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. When using this product: consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if you drive or use machinery as you may experience drowsiness. Stop use if vomiting, nausea, constipation, abdominal pain or diarrhea occur.
